Alaska Legacy's founder, Alan Tappan, is one of the most experienced and versatile Kenai River Guides and has been a local Kenai Peninsula guide since 1991
Master Captain, Alan Tappan, is the principal Kenai River guide and founder of Alaska Legacy Fish Camp.
He is licensed by the U.S. Coast Guard and is permitted by Alaska State Parks, The U.S. Forest Service and The Kenai National Wildlife Refuge.
In addition to being one of the most versatile and expereinced Kenai River Guides, Alan also has permits for and fishes the most productive rivers and streams on the Kenai Peninsula including the Anchor River, Ninilchik River, Deep Creek, Russian River and Quartz Creek.
A life long fisherman, Alaska Legacy Fish Camp is the realization of Alan's boyhood dreams.
