A 50% deposit of the total trip amount is required to secure your dates. The balance is due 60 days prior to the first day of your arrival date. All funds are to be in U.S. dollars. Written cancellations received less 60 days or more prior to the first day of your reserved trip date will receive a full refund. Written cancellations received less than 60 days prior to the first day of your trip date will be refunded - ONLY IF THE DATES CAN BE REBOOKED. We encourage you to purchase trip insurance. All guests will be required to sign an "Assumption of Risk" waiver provided by our insurance company. Please note that Alaska is still very much of a wild place and there are inherent risks in the activities you will be participating in. Although we will exercise every reasonable effort to abide by your itinerary, we reserve the right to substitute trips as we deem necessary. We will not be responsible for "Acts of God" or government regulations which may arise from time to time that could adversely affect your trip. If such events do happen, rest assured, we will use our experience and best judgement to make your trip as enjoyable as possible. Trips operate rain or shine. Prices and policies are subject to change without notice. Check-in is 3:00PM and check-out is 11:00 A.M..
